From R 23 200 per person sharing Day 1 Upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg International Airport) you will be met by our representative and assisted onto your light aircraft charter to Djuma Vuyatela Lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve.
Vuyatela Lodge has eight luxury chalets, each with bedroom, dressing-room, lounge, en-suite facilities (including outdoor shower), private viewing deck, and plunge pool. The chalets also boast air conditioning, fans, mosquito nets, and bar fridge. The accommodation reflects local architecture, as corrugated iron and mud have been used to great effect, to achieve authenticity, without compromising on luxury - truly unique accommodation. Each chalet is, effectively, a collection of buildings which have been joined together. The lounge is separated from the bedroom by a teak deck, which continues onto a private plunge pool. The main lodge includes a large double deck, outdoor dining, wine cellar, bar overlooking the watering hole, indigenous aquarium, and suspended bird-watching tower. Guests may also make use of an Internet library with detailed wildlife websites, and a gym and relaxation room. There are three delicious meals a day, with afternoon (and freshly baked treats), daily. Guests can enjoy game drives and guided walks. The cultural theme of Vuyatela Lodge also runs through activities, as after the morning game-drive guests may accompany their Shangaan guide to his nearby village, where they will have the opportunity of interacting with his family and friends in a very authentic and contemporary African environment. Day 4 (this day can only be a Tuesday, Friday or Saturday) This morning after your final morning game drive and breakfast, you will be transferred back to the airstrip for your light aircraft charter to Nelspruit Airport where you will be connecting to your scheduled Pelican Air flight to Vilanculos. On arrival at Vilanculos Airport, you will be met and transferred by boat to Marlin Lodge.
Marlin Lodge has 14 luxury en suite 80sqm chalets that stretch along the beach of Flamingo Bay. Each sea-facing chalet has a private patio with a walkway down to the beach. In addition there are 3 Executive Beach Suites all 110sqm in size and which boast a private sunning deck. The wood-reed-and-thatch chalets are a blend of elegance and African beauty. Decorated with a hue of creams, browns, and slight blues, the chalets reflect luxury and comfort. The elegant elevated wooden structures snakes along the back of the chalets, connecting them to the main area and is beautifully integrated into the sensitive Island environment. Marlin Beach Lodge is favoured by sport fishermen, offering world class deep sea fishing and salt-water fly fishing. The Lodge has a range of superb fishing equipment and tackle for the use by Guests. Marlin lodge is the perfect honeymoon destination, with a warm atmosphere to enjoy this occasion. Honeymoon extras include an African style bush bath, sarong for the bride, T-shirt for the groom, Sparkling wine upon arrival, and an African fruit basket. Marlin Lodge cuisine is a colourful and exotic delight with an array of seafood flavours being the order of the day. Meals range from semi-formal affairs in the dining room to casual beach buffets. Dinners are sumptuous occasions every night. Day 8 Following a final morning breakfast, you will be transferred by boat back to Vilanculos to connect to your scheduled Pelican Air flight back to Johannesburg.
