Day 1

You will be collected from either the airport or your hotel and transferred by road to Mabula Game Lodge.

Only two short hours drive North of Johannesburg lies the African wonder that is Mabula Private Game Reserve. This 12000ha of malaria free reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife and birds, including the world famous Big Five. Mabula Private Game Lodge offers a traditional outdoor experience for visitors wanting to brave the African wild and guests have the chance to get up close and personal with nature and encounter a new dimension in bush life.

Staff emphasis is on service and attendants are on hand to cater for guests every whim 24 hours a day. A permanent ranger is on hand to accommodate nature walks, game viewing drives, bird watching and horse riding.
