On arrival check in and freshen up. Depart for afternoon safari in Kruger National Park. Return to the lodge in late afternoon. Dinner at the Lodge. Overnight: Hippo Hollow Hippo Hollow Country Estate is situated outside Hazyview on the Sabi River between the Drakensberg Mountains to the west and the low-lying bushveld to the east. It is the ideal destination from which to access the reserves of the Lowveld and the sights of Mpumalanga. There is a full service restaurant and bar in a spectacular setting overlooking the Sabi River, offering country cuisine and a fine wine selection. They offer 2 large central swimming pools - a welcome respite on those hot Lowveld days! For arts & crafts lovers, they have a well-stocked curio shop on the premises including a selection of local art. You may also enjoy a range of nearby activities such as open air drives to Kruger Park, river rafting, fishing, hiking, golfing (2 Golf Courses with 1km of the Estate), Helicopter Scenic Flights over the Blyde River Canyon and more. Hippo Hollow arranges customised corporate incentive programmes. The lodge has a large conference centre with full banqueting facilities and all conference equipment. You will leave Hippo Hollow feeling relaxed and refreshed having experienced the timelessness of Africa. Day 2 Early morning pick up from Hippo Hollow for full day safari in Kruger National Park. Morning game drive followed by light lunch at one of the rest camps inside the park. After lunch continue with game drive until late afternoon return to Hippo Hollow. Dinner at the lodge. Day 3 Breakfast at the lodge. Transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport for departure flight.
